National Falls Awareness Week – 20 -24 June 2011
Sutton Shopmobility is pleased to announce that its success at selling daily living aids has led it to being an accredited supplier recognised by the local authority. As part of a retail group providing disability & mobility equipment, the charity sells simple daily living aids such as walking sticks, reachers, grab rails etc at competitive prices.
Any proceeds made from sales go directly back into the charity, and staff
have close links with the Boroughs occupational therapy staff to ensure they are providing a suitable service.
In addition to this – Sutton Shopmobility will also have a small display of daily living aids available to purchase at the SCILL centre in Robin Hood Lane.

Sutton Shopmobility a chosen charity for Music in the Park

New Collapsible Scooter
We have recently purchased a new collapsible scooter the money for which was donated to us by cheam and wallington rotary clubs. this is for hire for anybody who wants to go on holiday, day trips or if their own scooter is broken down the cost is £10.00 per night – £50.00 per week. Deposit £200.00 pounds and same I.D. as for wheelchairs. easily collapses to fit into car boot.
